People in North Korea, going up to the hillside and mountains with bags and sacks and coming back down with grasses or some kind of plants. They use those grasses and roots as their foods; they make soup out of it. The reason people have to eat grasses or really not nutrition food, their government want to keep their foods for their military. So when other countries aid North Korea civilians for starvation, North Korean government take those foods from civilians and keep those for soldiers or sell those to other countries, even sometimes they sell these to who aid them. And North Korean government uses this money for buying more weapons or increasing their strength of army.
